Last updated: June 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Lumora Software LLC (“Lumora”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit lumora.software or contact us. We are the data controller. For any privacy question, write to contact@lumora.software.
1. Data we collect
Information you give us directly: when you contact us by email or WhatsApp we receive your name, contact details and the content of your message.
Usage data collected automatically: if you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymized device, browser, approximate location and page-interaction data through Google Analytics 4.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14, and we do not process sensitive data through this website.
2. How we use your data
To respond to your enquiries and provide the information or services you request.
To measure and improve the performance, content and usability of the site.
To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
3. Legal basis
We process contact data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you. We process analytics data only after you give prior, informed consent through our cookie banner, which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Sharing and international transfers
We share data with service providers that help us operate the site, such as our hosting provider and Google (Google Analytics). These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under contractual safeguards.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, your messages also pass through WhatsApp (operated by Meta Platforms), whose own privacy policy governs that processing; those messages may be transferred internationally, including to the United States.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Retention
We keep contact correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal requirements. Analytics data is retained according to the configured Google Analytics retention period.
6. Your rights
Subject to the data-protection law applicable in your country of residence, you may request access, correction, updating, deletion or portability of your data, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing.
To exercise these rights, email contact@lumora.software. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision.
